Former Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich has been found guilty on 17 out of 20 corruption charges. The charges relate to Blagojevich’s attempts to either SELL or TRADE for Barack Obama’s former Senate seat after he was elected President. The convictions carry a maximum sentence of 300 years in prison, although it’s expected his final sentence will be closer to 10 years.
