For the second time in six months, Al Qaeda militants have broken out of jail in Yemen. Up to 15 prisoners tunneled to freedom, many of whom had been jailed for killing security officials. This incident follows a previous jailbreak in June, where nearly sixty suspected Al Qaeda militants dug their way out of another prison.
