The head of a climate conference at the UN says that 194 countries have agreed to a new plan to fight climate change. The plan involves a package of deals that includes an extension of the Kyoto protocol, the creation of a Green Climate Fund, and a commitment to get all countries to sign a deal in 2015 that would make them cut emissions by 2020.
