A 1961 painting by pop-artist Roy Lichtenstein has sold at a New York auction for a whopping 43 million dollars! The painting, called “I Can See The Whole Room… And There’s Nobody In It”, set a new record for the late Lichtenstein’s work. Another one of his paintings sold for $42 million last November. Not bad for a guy once labeled the worst artist in America!
