President Barack Obama has announced a long-awaited plan to withdraw American troops from Afghanistan! He said that next month he’d bring home 10,000 troops, and an additional 33,000 by next summer. The remaining 68,000 will be scheduled to come home in 2013, provided local forces can demonstrate that they’re ready to take over security.
