British Prime Minister David Cameron faced members of Parliament to defend the hiring of a former News of the World editor. Andy Coulson – who worked as Cameron’s communications director – is at the center of the phone-hacking scandal. In a fiery session, Cameron took responsibility for hiring Coulson, and said in hindsight he never would have.
