The International Criminal Court has officially issued an arrest warrant for Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi. They say there’s evidence supporting the accusation that he ordered attacks on civilians. Warrants were also issued for Gaddafi’s son, and his intelligence chief. Libya is rejecting the arrest warrants, saying the ICC has no jurisdiction there.

Lindsay Lohan tests positive for drugs and may be sent back to prison after Friday hearing. The fresh-out-of-rehab Lindsay Lohan has tested POSITIVE for drugs, which is a DEFINITE no-no when you’re on probation! An arrest warrant was issued Monday and Lindsay will appear before a judge on Friday to find out whether she’ll be headed back to rehab or prison! The judge had previously threatened Lohan with a 30-day sentence for each probation violation. We’ll have to wait and see!
