A little taste of Sin City could be headed to Spain! Las Vegas Sands Corporation is in talks to develop a sort of “mini-Vegas” in either Madrid or Barcelona. They’d like to see several resorts and casinos built, at a cost of just over $20 billion. The mini-strip would have about 20,000 hotel rooms, and create 180-thousand jobs.
