Russian officials are steaming mad over a US warship cruising around near the coast of the Black Sea. The USS Monterey is in the sea as part of joint military exercises being carried out by the Ukraine and NATO. The ship, which carries guided missiles, is an important part of the proposed American missile shield in Europe – a plan that Russia opposes.
