The Gulf oil spill may be under control, but final capping methods have been delayed by tropical storm Bonnie. Ships working at plugging the leak permanently with mud and cement have been ordered to evacuate the region until the inclement weather has come and gone. Efforts could be postponed for anywhere between seven to twelve days.
