Canada is boycotting the UN Conference on Disarmament in Geneva because North Korea has been named its chair! The presidency of the 65 member union rotates every four weeks. That’s kind of like making Arnold Schwarzenegger the chair of marriage fidelity. Canada is making a moral stand until North Korea relinquishes the position on August 19th.
