Handlers at the Bronx Zoo were forced to close the park’s reptile house after a deadly Egyptian Cobra went missing over the weekend. The highly venomous species is so poisonous that one bite can kill a full-grown elephant in less than three hours! Keepers believe the animal remains contained and will be recovered as soon as thirst and hunger draw it out of hiding.
