Randy Quaid and wife in trouble with law again after squatting in the a house they used to own. Randy Quaid and his wife Evi were arrested Sunday for SQUATTING in a house they USED to own. They couldn’t convince police that they were the rightful owners of the property, so they’ve been charged with felony residential burglary and entering a noncommercial building without consent! Evi was also charged with resisting arrest.
