Group Has Proof That Bush Authorized Torture

Campaign group Human Rights Watch is urging US President Barack Obama to investigate alleged torture under the Bush administration. They say they have “overwhelming evidence” of torture techniques that were ordered by former President George W Bush. They say that the Obama administration isn’t going far enough with their current investigation into “unauthorized actions”.

US Misplaces More Than 6 Billion In Iraq

Investigators have been auditing the 12 billion dollars the Bush administration sent overseas to Iraq and they can’t account for some 6.6 billion of it. During the reconstruction program, the US sent cargo planes full of hundred dollar bills to Iraq that they now think could have been stolen on arrival and distributed to Iraqi ministries.
