Investigators have been auditing the 12 billion dollars the Bush administration sent overseas to Iraq and they can’t account for some 6.6 billion of it. During the reconstruction program, the US sent cargo planes full of hundred dollar bills to Iraq that they now think could have been stolen on arrival and distributed to Iraqi ministries.
