The Egyptian military is being accused of using a banned chemical to deal with protesters! The chemical is known as CR gas – essentially, it’s a much stronger, potentially lethal form of tear gas. It’s between 6 and 10 times stronger than regular tear gas, and can cause intense pain, blindness, and death by asphyxiation.
