You can’t have an American talent show without at least one SEXY Brit on the judging panel, FYI, Simon Cowel is NOT sexy. UK pop star and model Cheryl Cole has officially signed on to judge the American import of Simon Cowell’s X-Factor. As long as she doesn’t have trouble with the accents, like the Hoff did on the UK version, she’ll do just fine.
