President Obama’s Chief of Staff William Daley is being demoted! Daley has relinquished a number of duties that will be taken on by Obama confidante Pete Rouse. Daley was brought in to help Obama take on the Republicans in the upcoming election. However his poor handling of the debt and deficit crisis was blamed for the deadlock in Congress.
