In Los Angeles, a large section of coastal highway in the San Pedro area has collapsed right into the Pacific Ocean. The 800-foot section of the Paseo Del Mar had been sinking and shifting for months and finally gave way to heavy rains. Many residents who live near the cliff side fear their homes are in danger of collapsing into the ocean as well.
