Venezuela cuts Colombian Ties

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has cut all diplomatic ties with neighboring Colombia in response to claims that his government is harboring Colombian guerillas. Chavez announced the move following testimony from a Colombian ambassador in Washington complete with supposed photo and video evidence of the offense. Chavez has yet to respond to a challenge to let officials visit the alleged site of rebel camps.
