Bad news for cyber-bullies but potentially good news for Internet daters. The US Department of Justice is seeking to make lying illegal online by making websites terms of service policies enforceable by law. In other words, setting up a fake Facebook account or lying about your age on a dating website would be a no no. The feds say the updated Computer Fraud and Abuse Act would help them deal with a variety of interior threats.
