NASA is ALMOST finished building “Curiosity”, that’s the name of the new rover they plan on sending to Mars later this year. It weighs about 2000 pounds, and is the size of a Mini Cooper. The six-wheel-drive, 9-foot-long rover will be suspended from a crane-like rocket platform which will then lower it to the surface for a 687-day mission. Pretty cool!
