Times are tough, and when money is tight, one of the first things people do without to save cash is a decent haircut. That is, at least according to Ohio-based barber Gregory Burnett. Burnett has introduced an innovative Pay What You Can system that invites people to pony up whatever they feel a new haircut is worth. Burnett says the haircut is free and the customer pays only for his lively conversation.
