Libya’s foreign minister and head of intelligence Moussa Koussa has defected and unexpectedly arrived in London. UK Foreign Secretary William Hague issued a strongly worded statement, saying Koussa’s defection is a devastating blow to Gaddafi. Hague was quick to point out that Koussa will NOT be immune from British or International prosecution.
