FBI raids hedge funds in white collar crackdown. The FBI has raided three high-profile hedge funds. Connecticut funds Diamondback Capital Management and Level Global Investors were targeted as well as Boston’s Loch Capital Management. Lawyers familiar with the investigation said the raids were part of a widening probe into insider trading, and that a series of new cases against hedge fund traders will soon be unveiled.
