Bolivia’s former anti-drug commander has been arrested in Panama – for drug trafficking! General Rene Sanabria was the head of Bolivia’s anti-drug agency until 2009, and was still working for them as an adviser. Now he and three other police officers have been busted on suspicion of trying to smuggle cocaine into the US.
