Authorities in Guatemala managed to arrest drug king pin Waldemar Lorenzana Lima. US lawmakers had sought Lima since 2009 for his alleged ties to Mexico’s infamous Sinaloa drug cartel. He is believed to have masterminded large-scale cocaine smuggling from Colombia to the US.
