A new study from the World Health Organization has released a list of the DRUNKEST countries on earth! According to their figures, the tiny Republic of Moldova in Eastern Europe takes the title, with residents consuming an average of 4.8 GALLONS of alcohol a year. The Czech Republic and Hungary rounded out the top three.
