Toyota issues yet another recall. Automaker Toyota is recalling over 1.5 MILLION cars. In North America, the recall involves around 740,000 Avalon, Lexus, and Highlander models, which could have a leaky brake master cylinder, which could impact braking power. In Japan and elsewhere, the Lexus is among many models that have an electrical problem. That’s over 10 million cars recalled since late last year.
