One of News Corp’s latest deals has hit a bump after shareholders filed a lawsuit accusing Rupert Murdoch of nepotism. The deal in question alleges that News Corp purchased Rupert’s daughter Elisabeth Murdoch’s UK film company Shine for 675 million dollars. Shareholders claim the takeover is unfairly priced. If it goes through, Elisabeth would also be given a seat on the News Corp board.
