
Former Swiss banker hands over sensitive documents to Wikileaks. A former head of Swiss-based bank Julius Baer has handed off 2 discs worth of private documents to Wikileaks founder Julian Assange. The whistleblower’s name is Rudolf Elmer, and he alleges the discs will show that thousands of global business leaders and lawmakers have been evading tax payments by using offshore havens.
