The state of Nebraska could be facing its very own nuclear crisis. A protective barrier around the Fort Calhoun Nuclear Station, just north of Omaha, collapsed under the immense pressure of floodwaters. Luckily, the plant had been shut down for refueling so no immediate problems arose.
