In Japan, the health ministry is urging residents near the Fukushima nuclear plant to stop drinking the water, saying the level of radioactive iodine in it is about 3 times what it should be. Water worries are also hitting heavily populated Tokyo. Radiation in the tap water has risen to about twice the safe level and authorities have said that infants should not drink it.
