US Secretary of State Hilary Clinton has met with Libyan opposition leader Mahmoud Jibril to discuss options on how to oust Muammar Gaddafi from power. The meeting took place on the sidelines of G8 talks in Paris, where nations are considering imposing a no-fly zone over Libya. It appears the US is waiting for a firm commitment from other nations before stepping in to enforce a ban.
