The International Criminal Court has officially issued an arrest warrant for Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi. They say there’s evidence supporting the accusation that he ordered attacks on civilians. Warrants were also issued for Gaddafi’s son, and his intelligence chief. Libya is rejecting the arrest warrants, saying the ICC has no jurisdiction there.
