Another drug kingpin bites the dust in Mexico. Mexican authorities made another groundbreaking arrest over the weekend. Police managed to detain suspected drug lord Soto Reyes along with eight accomplices outside the city of Guadalajara. Reyes is believed to have taken over as the head of the notorious Sinaloa drug cartel.
