A new federal report in the US is spreading the blame for the Deepwater Horizon spill in the Gulf of Mexico. Not surprisingly, British Petroleum has been found ultimately responsible for the disaster. They were found to have sacrificed safety to save time and money. Meanwhile Haliburton and Transocean have received their share of criticism for poor cement work and failing to heed proper worker safety codes.
