Man becomes first quadruple amputee to swim across the English Channel. Philippe Croizon lost his legs and lower arms after being electrocuted in 1994, but it hasn’t slowed him down! He’s now the FIRST quadruple amputee to swim across the English Channel! He completed the twenty-one mile swim on Sunday in just over fourteen hours. That’s about TEN hours ahead of schedule!
