Kosovo has just held their first election since formally declaring their independence from Serbia. Prime Minister Hashim Thaci managed to hold on to his office, with 31-percent of the vote. That’s short of the number of votes he’ll need to form a government, meaning he’s going to have to make some deals with other parties.
