Texans go hog wild hunting wild hogs. Things are getting downright hog-wild in Texas. The state has declared October “Hog Out” month, meaning it’s open season on its pesky feral hog population. The estimated 2-million wild animals are considered to be a huge nuisance, and routinely cause root up or eat crops. They’re also blamed for millions in damage to yards, parks, and even golf courses.
