The Arab League has spoken, and they’re done with Syria – at least for now. The League voted to hit Syria with sanctions, although Iraq and Lebanon abstained from voting. The sanctions mean the League will stop dealing with Syria’s central bank, ban high-ranking Syrians from visiting their countries, and freeze the assets of the Syrian government.
