There was roiting on the Campus of Penn State University after it was announced that their legendary football coach Joe Paterno was FIRED. Paterno and the school’s president were turfed in the wake of a scandal involving former defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky’s alleged sexual assaults of underage boys. Paterno was held accountable for not notifying police.

Penn State’s famed University football coach Joe Paterno is under pressure to resign in the midst of the school’s sex scandal. This comes after two of his top officials were charged with lying to investigators. It was Paterno who told university officials about the alleged abuse, but the state police commissioner says that morally, he should have contacted the police, not university staff.
