60-year-old Brooklyn man Levy Izhak Rosenbaum has become the first American to be convicted of selling black-market organs. Prosecutors say he would get kidneys from Israel for as little as $10,000 each. He’d then sell them to American patients for up to $120,000. He pled guilty, and now faces up to 20 years in prison.
