The US International Trade Commission is set to review a federal judge’s finding from January that neither Apple nor RIM violated an image-preview patent held by Eastman Kodak. If overturned, Kodak could seek more than 1 billion dollars in royalties from the technology giants. The final ruling will be made on May 23rd.
